(Colorado) -- You might remember the last time you renewed your drivers license you were told to not smile, stare forward with a blank look on your face. That's over, for now.
A pilot program is underway to allow you to smile again. KKTV reports that Meghan Tanis, the Communications Director for the Colorado Department of Revenue explains the policy hasn't changed but they're trying the pilot program to see if those who show their pearly whites would have any impact on the REAL ID compliance. She says they don't know when it's going to end and the program could come to an end at any time.
