(La Junta, CO) -- Otero County Administrator Amy White Tanabe explained at Tuesday's regularly scheduled commissioners meeting that she would be applying for a grant that would allow some upgrades for the county. Other wish list items on the grant will be solar power for as many county buildings as possible. Commissioner Tim Knabenshue made a motion to improve applying for hte EIAF grant, Jim Baldwin seconded the motion and it passed.
