A jury trial is scheduled on the docket for August for Osborne. A pre-trial readiness conference is a meeting with both the prosecution and the defense to see if all sides are ready for the jury trial. No word yet on what jury selection will look like. In other high profile cases, several hundred people have been called for jury duty. We will follow up on this story and have more as it is available.
