Man Accused of Assaulting a Cop, in Court This Week

Thirty-nine year old Anthony Krepel is in the Bent County jail and is scheduled to be in district court this week.


Krepel is being held on numerous charges according to the Bent County Jail Inmate information site to include:

The Otero County docket shows that Krepel is scheduled for a Pre-Trial conference March 12th at 8:30AM.


A pre-trial conference is a meeting between the attorneys and the judge to go over evidence, talk about possible plea offers, set any future court dates and make any rulings on motions.
