Car Owners May Qualify for New Engine

You might remember that recall issued from the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration earlier this year for Kias and Hyundais.

It suggested the engines can catch fire even if they're turned off. The notice urged owners of the vehicles to park outside, away from other vehicles and structures. Now there's a follow up to that.
